Conference Plan

#1 This year we want to make an emphasis on fellowship with brothers and sisters.

We are calling for all people to come and enjoy time together.

We are inviting special guests like Azeb Hailu and many more to be encouraged to move towards meeting together.

#2 We also want to emphasize this year that kids and youth fellowship is essential and important to the mission of our retreat.

Our high school and college students are organizing a conference of their own with a guest speaker and organized worship

because we believe that fellowship with God starts in days of their youth.

Please make sure your kids and youth can attend it is an experience they won’t want to miss!

Retreat Facility & Activities

We will be attending the Bradenton Retreat Center at 1201 Glory Way Blvd Bradenton, FL 34212. A beautiful facility with plenty of space and many recreational activities to enjoy with church family!

We plan on having a soccer tournament where the winner will prize money for the church that they play for as well as a championship trophy, we will setup a registration on this page in the coming days.

There is so many other ways to enjoy yourself while you are here, swimming (climate-controlled pool), kayaking/paddle boat, tennis, basketball, volleyball, tug of war, and many other activities that you can do to have fun.

After finishing the form, we will send you a confirmation email with the your arrangements, meal plan, and cost of attendance.

Payments

$123/night for one 1 Standard Room –> The room comes with a fridge, TV, 2 queen beds, & wifi.

The meal plan which includes all 6 meals for the entire trip is $96 for adults/teens (9 years old and up) and $62 for kids (3-8 years old).

For EEC Tampa members only, those paying by Zelle, please direct your payments to [email protected].

For others direct you payments to your local church by the means they provide (cash, check, Zelle, etc.).
